'Dressing,' Down Under

Here's an intriguing item of Carole Lombard memorabilia. It's from her only film with Bing Crosby, whose birth anniversary occurred this week:

What makes it especially fascinating is where it's from -- Australia, as the fine print on the bottom makes clear:

What about the theater, named the Amusu, where this played on a Wednesday and Thursday long ago? According to http://www.cinematreasures.org, it was probably a venue in Sydney that seated 1,000 and has since been demolished.

This poster, known in the trade as a "daybill" (presumably because at the top one could list the theater where it was playing and the days it would be shown), is 15" x 40" and in pretty good shape after 76 years. It's wound up stateside (the seller is from Pennsylvania), with a "buy it now" price of $349.99.
