The card is from the Toccos company, and the seller notes the "back of card written in foreign language" (which happens to be French). If you double-click the image, you'll see it at approximately its actual size of 1 7/8" x 2 3/4". The dealer describes this card as "scarce"; I've certainly never see it before, and I'm not certain how many have emerged in the North America.
