As with the last Lombard bowling picture, its source is the huge memorabilia collection of a New Jersey man named Joseph Saveriana -- and several other publicity stills of her are now also being auctioned at eBay.
Here's one of her sitting serenely cross-legged, wearing a robe...and from the look on her face, she may know something you don't. (One thing I don't know is the P1202 number here; it's impossible to make out against the very light background. Anyone here who has the picture, please inform us.)
Here's one of Carole peering seductively over the side of a chair -- and from the very visible number, we can tell this is one of her later stills at Paramount, P1202-1617:
