This is Paramount p1202-1091, probably from early 1935, showing Carole Lombard in one of the most bizarre outfits I've ever seen her in. Is she trying to evoke a futuristic look ("Ladies and gentlemen, the Lombard 2000!")? A case of "streamline moderne" gone horribly wrong? Whatever, it doesn't look like the most comfortable thing to wear; it's almost robotic.
We can't get any answer from a snipe, since there isn't any. (If you're a Carole collector who has p1202-1091 with a snipe, please let us know.) We have another photo apparently from this session, although here the gown seems more conventional amd I can't discern the p1202 number. It too is blank on the back:

You can buy each photo for $39.99, or make an offer. (According to the seller, both are originals.)
