On the set during 'Breakfast'

Universal's "Love Before Breakfast," like its early 1936 Paramount contemporary "The Princess Comes Across," is a solid if unspectacular Carole Lombard film that bolstered her comic credentials in advance of that fall's hit "My Man Godfrey."

This photo shows Carole shooting a scene with co-star Preston Foster:

Is that director Walter Lang (who met Carole's pal Madalynne Field on this film; they would marry the following year) with his back to us? If a snipe exists, we'd know, but all this copy has is a handwritten notation of the leads:

It's an 8" x 10" original in very good condition.

You can buy the photo for $44.95 or make an offer. All the details are at https://www.ebay.com/itm/CAROLE-LOMBARD-Love-Before-Breakfast-Orig-1936-Photo-Filming-On-Set/383260462330?hash=item593c1a8cfa:g:pgMAAOSwhMFZbRfv.
