From an early RKO session

Soon after Carole Lombard signed with RKO in early 1939, she worked on a session with studio photographer Ernest Bachrach, no stranger to Hollywood glamour (his prior subjects included Ginger Rogers and Katharine Hepburn). From the George Smoots collection, this photo measures 8" x 10" and is listed in excellent condition.

Bidding begins at $39.99, and the auction is scheduled to close at 10:18 p.m. (Eastern) Sunday. If you'd like to place a bid, simply visit https://www.ebay.com/itm/CAROLE-LOMBARD-Original-Vintage-1939-BACHRACH-Stamp-RKO-PORTRAIT-Photo/143425420152?hash=item2164d23b78:g:-loAAOSw0UddtNLf.
